KITS Training and Conference Centre Based in Brighouse West Yorkshire - Competent Person Service
Competent Person Service
“Adequate competent persons must be employed to assist the employer comply with legislation”
(Management of Health and Safety at Work Act 1999, Regulation 7)

The Importance of Health and Safety
KITS acknowledges that it is difficult for small companies to keep up with the ever increasing demands placed on them on issues regarding Health and Safety. Due to ever decreasing margins, it is not always feasible to employ a full-time dedicated person responsible for issues relating to Health and Safety.

Current legislation states that: “Adequate competent persons must be employed to assist the employer comply with legislation.” Management of Health and Safety at Work Act 1992, Regulation 6

The importance of Health and Safety cannot be underestimated and by using the KITS Competent Person Service, you can be assured that you are working within the law and are up to date with all the latest rules and regulations.

The Benefits of our Service We relieve you of the worry of trying to interpret the latest rules and regulations, allowing you to concentrate on the other priorities of your own job.
